BOOK & BLOOM · READING COMMUNITY

More than a book club.
A community for reflection and growth

Book & Bloom is a monthly reading community for people interested in psychology, personal growth, and literature.

A space to share concerns, reflections, and ideas, and to connect with others curious about the inner world.

WHAT IT'S ABOUT

Most book clubs help you understand books better. Book & Bloom uses books to help you understand yourself better

Each month we explore major psychological themes—such as attachment, anxiety, relationships, motherhood, self-esteem, grief, identity, loneliness, happiness, purpose, resilience, or family bonds—through carefully selected books and conversations guided by a clinical psychologist.

You can approach these topics through a novel, allowing the characters, their conflicts, and their stories to illuminate aspects of our own lives, or do so through great works of psychology and personal development that offer frameworks for understanding and tools for reflection and change.

Book & Bloom is born from the conviction that books can be a powerful tool for self-knowledge. The project draws on the principles of bibliotherapy: the use of literature and stories as a way to understand complex human experiences, find new perspectives, and support processes of personal growth.

It is a community for curious and reflective people who find much more than entertainment in books. A space to stop, think, converse, and discover how great stories can help us better understand life and better understand ourselves.

TWO PATHS

Some find answers in the stories and characters of a novel.
And some find them in the ideas and concepts of a psychology book

At Book & Bloom, you can choose the path that resonates most with you: exploring life’s big themes through literature or through the ideas that have transformed our understanding of the human mind.

Literature Track

For those who enjoy fiction, poetry, and world literature. Major mental health themes explored through novels, characters, and stories that reflect the complexity of the human experience.

Each month we read a literary work and analyze it from a psychological and human perspective.

Psychology Classics Track

For those who prefer more practical and direct psychology and personal development books. The same themes from an accessible perspective, based on scientific evidence and oriented toward personal growth.

Selected readings to better understand the psychological mechanisms that run through our daily lives.
