Some situations where therapy can be helpful
Anxiety and stress
A racing mind, constant worry, sustained physical alertness, panic attacks, perfectionism, or difficulty resting.

Depression
Emotional exhaustion, disconnection, apathy, or the feeling of functioning on autopilot without enjoying daily life.
Read →
Relationships and breakups
Repeating patterns, fear of abandonment, difficulty setting boundaries, or the real grief that a breakup entails.
Read →
Self-esteem
Self-criticism, a critical inner voice, a persistent feeling of not being enough, or dependence on external validation.

Trauma
You don’t need to have experienced something extraordinary to carry a wound. Trauma is whatever overwhelmed you at the time and that your mind and body haven’t finished processing, so it continues to surface today: in how you react, in what you avoid, in what you feel without knowing exactly why. It includes the obvious—an accident, a loss, an assault—and also what seemed small but left a mark. If something from the past still weighs on your present, it makes sense to look at it.

Food and body
Restrictions, binge eating, self-worth measured by the body, or food taking up too much mental space.
Read →
Life abroad
Migratory grief, expat life, identity between cultures, holding nostalgia in silence, or rebuilding a sense of home.
Read →
Grief and loss
Losing a loved one changes everything, and there is no set timeframe to “recover.” Here you can go through grief at your own pace, without the pressure to be okay prematurely, and learn to live with the absence without letting go of the bond.

Three ways I can support you
Consultation
Individual psychotherapy sessions in Spanish, English, or French. Adolescents and adults.
I work from an integrative approach: cognitive-behavioral therapy, attachment theory, and mindfulness, always at the service of the person in front of me.
Book club
A book club focused on mental health. Each month, through a novel and a psychology book, we explore different themes of the inner world: attachment, anxiety, grief, identity, happiness.
We don’t analyze plots—we use literature as a mirror to know ourselves better.
A Coffee with You
A conscious pause every week. Every Friday you will receive a guide with psychoeducational content, writing exercises, meditation, art therapy, and cultural recommendations.
To write, create, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. A space to slow down and give yourself an intentional moment, just for you.
Cultural Therapy
A book born from the same conviction that guides my work: that art, film, and literature are not escapism, but tools for self-knowledge as powerful as any psychological technique.
Through carefully chosen films, novels, and works of art, Cultural Therapy invites you to explore the great themes of psychology—attachment, anxiety, grief, identity, happiness—from a perspective that combines clinical rigor with artistic sensitivity.
You don’t need to have studied psychology or art history to read it. You only need to have curiosity about your own inner world.
